Friendship is Genuine

Hi, Everyone!

Today I have a card to share for a Very Special, Dear Friend, Scrapbook Sister aka Ann. This card is very dear to my heart. I hope she will feel the same- smiles. This card Friendship/Sorry means just that! You never you know how much someone means to you. Well I hurt my scrapbook sister's aka Ann's feelings. I did not even realize I hurt her until today! So this card I am sharing today is Saying Friendship/Sorry. When I was creating this card I thought of something someone said a few weeks back. When you make a mistake. When someone points it out. Evaluate yourself and the situation and learn from the lesson and most important is to humble yourself. Well I learned a valuable lesson! Scrapbook Sister aka Ann thanks so much for being REAL! and telling me what I did wrong. I love you for it. I praise you for who you are. I love you!!!

As for the card. I used an image by Elizabeth Bell called Day Dream. Looks like she is in deep thought to me . Just as I am today and this very minute. The image was colored with Sketch Copic Markers -Skin -E21,E00,E000,E0000- Pat at Cards to Cherish advised me what colors to use. Thanks so much. Wood frame-Michaels looks just like it is from Kaisercraft, Flowers - Wild Orchid Crafts, Leaves-Creablies #11, Flowersoft-Sweet Pea. Sentiment- Michaels from the dollar bin. Leprechaun

Happy Wednesday! Two more days till the weekend! Happy St. Patrick's Day! I know I early- Smiles.Today I used another cute digital image from Whimsy Stamps called Young Leprechaun. It is just so perfect for St.Patrick's Day. Don't you think? Smiles. I was going to chose another image but I am trying to get out of my comfort zone that is how I learn. LOL.

7 Kids Anything Goes Challenge #43

Hi, Everyone

Today at 7 Kids College Fund there is a challenge Anything Goes! Please join us. This card today is very special to my heart this card is for my friend Cindy for her birthday. Cindy and I have been friends for 8 years now and still going strong smiles. This card just reminded me of her. Two years ago she relocated to Florida to be with her mom and enjoy a "New way of living"when she told me she was moving I was so happy for her. I did not shed one tear. Inside I was crying. We have been through so much together every week we hung out, talked, and laughed. In my mind and heart I thought WOW my Girl Cindy is leaving? We still talk to each other driving in the morning (we call it our date LOL). Nothing has changed at all except her smiling face and funny stories. Anyway I just want to wish Cindy A Very Happy Birthday!!!

For this card I used Swiss Pixie Birthday Gretel from 7 Kids College Fund this image was stamped with Memento Black Ink. Colored with Sketch Copics. I am trying to use different skin tones for my images it is always good to branch out. Smiles. LOVE IT. The reason I used Cobble Stone Path is that it reminded me of sunny Florida with the flowers and everything. I also masked the image using my friends Tracy Payne's Crafteezee tutorial Masking A Rubber Stamp with Digital Images. Awesome. I have a-lot of these digital image can 't wait to do more. Magnolia - Fence and leaf Swirl, Lace- Wild Orchid Crafts, White Sharpie Poster Paint on Shoes and Balloons, Glamour Dust Glitter - Daffodil,Wings, and Cupcake Frosting. Ice Stickles - Lemon Ice on Candle Flame, White Flock on the Pussy Willows applied Glamour Dust, Liquid Pearls Liquid Pearls White Opal and Petal Pink on the Cupcake frosting as well.
