Hi, Everyone
Today at Whimsy Stamps they have a Wednesday challenge No Sentiments. When I was designing this card. I wanted to add an sentiment. Why? you ask? Cause I knew I could not do it! LoL
Onto the card! LOL. The digital image I used is from Whimsy Stamps called Little Boy Bear designed by Kathy. This image is so cute. I love the suspenders on this image. So many possibilities. Anyway this card was colored with Skech Copic Markers and Primsa Colored Pencils. Teddy Bear - E35,E31, E53, E50, Ears - R01, Suspenders Love them - B95, B93,B91, Silver Spica, Frog - YG99,YG97,YG95, Shirt - C3,C1,C00. Prisma Pencils, Chocolate, Cool Grey 50%, Slate Grey, and Black. Now I was always scared to use the Black Prisma Pencil you just have to be very careful well I overcome that problem. I just love it. A little dab will do you. Card size 5.75. Card stock - Stampin up, Bashful Blue additional card stock Kraft, Bazzill Dotted Swiss Tan and White. Dp- DCWV Baby Boy Stack.
Dies- Double Ended Tags for the Suspenders on the top of the card, Label Eighteen (Finally got to use this yippie) applied Stampin Up Bashful Blue Ink around the edge, Cherry Lynn Die- Polynesian Sails Oval Die. Martha Stewart Punch- Swirling Lace. Flowers -Wild Orchid Crafts applied white paint for a vintage look as well as on the leaves. Leaves. - Crealies.NL #11. I love the way they bend (yes my first time using this die LOL). Silver buttons, Silver Brads (used for the Suspenders) and Wiggle Eyes (for the Frog's eyes) all from my stash. These eyes are so cute adds some fun for the card. Silver Pearls - Pizzazz Aplenty. Sewing was done on this card. I have to tell you when I don't sew on my cards they look so flat. The sewing adds dimension to my cards I think.
If you would like to have this card for your very own, I've just listed it for sale my Esty Store. Thanks so much for stopping by.
